    If you would like to serve your community on Election Day as a Precinct Officer, Madera County needs your assistance.

     

    Precinct Officers are paid for their services, depending on their position.

     

    The positions available are Inspector, Equipment Inspector, and Judge. A precinct board is comprised of 1 Inspector, 1 Equipment Inspector (if applicable) and 1-2 Judges.

    To Be a Precinct Officer you must be:
    • A registered voter
    • A permanent legal resident
    • Able to follow written instruction
    • Able to serve on Election Day from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
