A Certified Voter Registration is used for additional identification purposes at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), acquiring a postal mailbox at the United States Post Office and to prove residency for students regarding their tuition.

Please return your completed and signed Application for Copy of Certified Voter Registration along with the $1.50 payment.
